JUSTIN is from Norfolk, NE, where he attended Norfolk Catholic High School. He earned his bachelors from Creighton University
with dual majors in Finance and Management, as well as a law degree from the University of Nebraska. He has operated a
joint legal and financial practice for over ten years. Additionally, Justin has 12 years of service in the United States Army
and formerly served as a Captain in the Nebraska National Guard. He enjoys Creighton Bluejay Basketball, is an avid Dallas
Cowboys fan, and loves Nebraska Football. He loves traveling, golf league, and learning. Justin married his wife, Kylie in
November 2017 and the two welcomed their first child, Baylor in March 2020.

Justin has operated a joint legal and financial practice for over ten years. In that time, he has grown his presence resulting

in dedicated offices in Omaha and Lincoln, with satellite offices in Howells and Kearney.

Justin focuses solely on estate and business planning to provide his clients with the attention to detail that their estate and

business plans deserve. He works in conjunction with accountants, financial advisers, as well as other attorneys to ensure

the client’s plan is tailored to fit their unique needs.
